- Perform external and internal audit, assess current product strategy, issues and make strategic recommendations.

- Perform competitive analysis, business case, value proposition, goals and budget requirements.
- Develop customer penetration strategy and support requirements for new product / business line.
- Develop appropriate internal processes between marketing, sales, engineering and manufacturing.
- Develop metrics to measure success.
