Corporate Re-Positioning
- Lead or assist in leading corporate turnarounds and company re-positioning.
- Perform internal and external audit and analysis to determine critical issues and make strategic recommendations for new strategy.
- Analyze and overcome negative customer or industry perception resulting in barriers to growth and profitability.
- Develop specific sales and marketing strategies designed to accelerate change in customer perception.
- Lead corporate identity development and product-line business planning process.
- Work with executive management to set and align new goals and success metrics.
- Ensure repositioning gains traction through targeted communication plans to affect attitudes and actions inside and outside the company.
- Provide crisis management strategy as needed to minimize negative impact on company and results.
- Develop metrics to measure success.
